What is Smart Tunes?
A service that replaces the "Tu Tu" (normal ringing sound) with a Tune that a customer has selected him self.

I do not have a laptop, can I connect this card to my PC?
Corporate customers can ask their Relationship Excutives for the EDGE card. For personal use, you can buy this card from Telenor Sales & Service Centers in 11 cities. See list at <> (Not available at franchises)

How do I Subscribe to Smart Tunes?
To subscribe to Smart Tunes: You can contact '345' for subscription.

Alternatively, Visit your nearest Telenor Walk in Center.

Once subscribed, simply Dial 230 (Rs. 5 + Tax / IVR min) and follow the instructions to purchase, and assign Smart Tunes of your choice to phone numbers of your friends and family (please include some more detail regarding the IVR steps/buttons followed to purchase)

Note: Wait for an SMS confirmation of your subscription and then start using Smart Tunes.You will recive the SMS with in 24 hours of subscription request.

The Smart Tunes that I will purchase will they be downloaded on my Hand set?

No the Smart Tunes you will purchase will be available from your Smart Tunes album which you can access by dialing 230 or from the web site "My Smart Tunes"

How many callers can I assign Smart Tunes to?
You can assign a Smart Tunes to either of the following:
All Callers - assign one Smart Tunes of all callers.

Individual Callers - This allows you to assign different Smart Tunes to 30 different callers. Each of these callers will hear the Smart Tunes you have assigned to them.

How do I purchase Smart Tunes?
Dial '230', select the category of your choice and then Smart Tunes of your choice.Moreover, in case you remember the content code of Smart Tunes, you may select the option from the menu and enter code for purchasing. Content code is available on the website and from Smart Tunes flyers.

You can browse through the web My Smart Tunes and purchase as many Smart Tunes as you want.
Purchase through Content SMS.You can pick Smart Tunes content catalogue from the Telenor walk in center or from the web site. Note down the content code of the Smart Tunes of your choice for purchasing & Send SMS "ST<space><content code>" to '230'.

Is there any limit in terms of purchasing Smart Tunes at one time?
No, there is no limit regarding the number of Smart Tunes you want to purchase.

Will my Smart Tunes ever expire?
Yes, your Smart Tunes remain valid for 30 days after purchasing. Each Smart Tunes will have to be repurchased to increase the validity period.

Will Smart Tunes be played if Smart Tunes subscriber is busy on another call and has activated "call waiting"?
Yes

If a Smart Tunes subscriber has activated "call diverts" to another Telenor number then will a caller hear Smart Tunes?
No

How do I cancel my subscription to Smart Tunes?

Visit your nearest Telenor Walk In Centre.

What happens if the subscriber does not have enough balance when he is trying to purchase smart tune while calling 230 or sending SMS?
When a subscriber will run out of balance while calling 230 his call will be disconnected. To purchase Smart Tune through IVR he would have to recharge.

How would a subscriber know what is the expiry period of every smart tune/individual smart tune?
To find out the expiry of the Smart Tune go to MY Smart Tunes on the web, Time left for expiry of the purchased Smart Tune is mentioned in front of each Smart Tune.

Is it possible that on one number I don't want SmartTune to be played?
You can Purchase the normal "Ring Ring" bell as content and than assign it as Standard Smart Tune or to a Particular caller. The "Ring Ring" Smart Tune can be found under "Telenor Themes category.

How can I re-purchase the SmartTune?
To repurchase a Smart Tunes you can use any of the following methods, Web: when you Smart Tune will expire a link will appear in from of it "purchase". Click on it to repurchase that particular Smart Tune. SMS: On expiry of your Smart Tune send the Smart Tune code to 230

What happens if the SmartTune that has been assigned to a particular subscriber has expired?
When the smart Tune you have assigned to a particular subscriber expires that person will hear the Standard Smart Tune.

Can I assign smartTune to international numbers?
Smart Tune can not be assigned to international numbers but when you will receive a call from an international number they will be able to hear the standard Smart Tune.
