Yes! You can change your package plan by simply dialing *345#. The Options available to you are:

Is there a limit of how many times I can use it in a day or a week?
No! There is no limit or restriction in a day or a week. Dial as many times you wish to, with no Dialing Charges.
There is an option available in menu to send English / Urdu messages. How are these different from SMS?
These are predefined messages which you can quickly send without typing.
You cannot change these short messages. No need to write a message, just select and send to any mobile number.
I dial *345# from my handset and after few seconds, menu disappears automatically. Is there any problem with my handset?
No! There is no problem with your handset. When you dial <strong>*345#</strong>, you get menu.
It disappears after sixty seconds, if you do not respond to any option meanwhile.
I dialed *345# & then replied with an option number to buy some music. How will I receive it?
All content: music, jokes, quotes are delivered as SMS / MMS in the inbox of your mobile. So check your SMS.
How should I select from options when I dial *345#?
You have to select answer and then enter a number (e.g. 3) to get that particular service, like as follows:
