What happens when I send an MMS to 742 ?
When you send an MMS Photo to 742, you will receive an SMS with the option to reply with ‘Y’ to confirm your order or send another Photo to 742.

How many Photos can I add in a single order?
You can add up to a total of 5 Photos per order.

How can I add more photos after the first one ?
After each Photo is added to your order, you will be asked via SMS if you want to complete your order. When you reply with ‘Y’, your order is complete and your are charged Rs. 75 + tax.

How do I provide the name and address of the person I want to send the printed photos to?
After you have added your Photos and you are asked to confirm your order, if you reply with ‘Y’ via SMS you will be asked to reply with Name and Address of the person you want to send these Photos to.

How do I find out regarding the status of my order?
Once you reply with Name & Address, you will receive a confirmation SMS which contains your TCS Airway Bill (Tracking) Number. After you have received this number, you can track your orders via calling TCS UAN: UAN no. 111-123-456.

How long will it take for an order to be delivered?
Your orders should reach the recipients address within 2 / 3 working days of booking.

How much will I pay, will i be charged for each photo individually?
Rs. 75 + tax will be charged per order. (An order will comprise of at least 1 Photo and up to a maximum of 5 Photos). Price is fixed for an order up to 5 Photos, regardless of the number of Photos                  ( 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5)

How can I send more than 5 Photos?
For more Photos (after first 5), a new order will have to be created.

When will I get my money back?
A refund will only be given if the address provided is valid but not covered in TCS delivery destinations within Pakistan.
