Pre listening
You can listen to clips of Smart Tunes before you purchase or assign them. This service is available by dialing 230 and the Telenor Smart Tune Website.

Smart Tunes Code
You can view the Smart Tunes Codes through which you can purchase the Smart Tunes by entering the code in IVR by dialing 230 or by sending SMS 'ST<Space>Smart Tune code' to 230. E.g.: 'st 1324'

Smart Tunes Album
Smart Tunes purchased are saved in your Smart Tunes Album which you can access by Dialing 230 or by logging into the Smart Tune Website. You can Purchase 50 Smart Tunes which will be automatically saved in your album.
To view your album login to the Telenor Smart Tunes Website or call 230.

Ring Overlay
Turn ON / OFF ring overlay feature. This feature would play the "TU TU" (normal ringing) in the back ground of the Smart Tunes.
This would help the callers (who are not aware of this service and are calling on a number with Smart Tunes active) know that the call is connected along with the number of bells that they have given.

Set Smart Tunes On/Off
Turn ON/Off Smart Tunes. When you turn off your smart tunes, all callers will hear the standard Tu-Tu sound when they call you, however you will not be deregistered from Telenor Smart Tunes.

Gift Smart Tunes
You can send your favorite Smart Tunes to your friends & family as a gift.

Request Smart Tunes
You can request your friends & family to buy your favorite smart tunes for you.

Album Management
With Smart Tunes, you can either select one common Smart Tune for all the callers or select up to 30 different Smart Tunes for 30 different callers. You can personalize your Smart Tunes album conveniently through the following features from Telenor's web site & IVR-dialing code 230.

SMS Keywords
Send an SMS to 230 with one of the following commands to personalize your Smart Tunes account:

All SMS to 230 will be charged Rs.5+Tax

Assign Smart Tunes as default to all callers:
Any one calling you will hear the Smart Tune you assign as default.

Assign Smart Tunes as standard from the Web
• You need to be subscribed to this service to select or purchase a Smart Tune.
• To change your default Smart Tune from the web go to My Smart Tunes on the Smart Tunes Home page and change your settings

Assign Smart Tunes as standard from the IVR - Dial 230
• To select a Smart Tune as standard you first need to purchase it.
• When you have purchased the Smart Tune you will be informed of the settings. Choose the 'Set as default' option
• You can also set your Smart Tune as default by dialing 230 and then pressing 4

Assign Smart Tunes to a particular caller:
You can assign your friend & family's favorite tunes to them. This way when they call you they can hear that particular tune.

Assign Smart Tunes to a particular caller from the Web
• To assign Smart Tunes to any of your friends and family you need to be subscribed to this service first to select or purchase a Smart Tune.
• To assign Smart Tunes to a friend or family from the web go to My Smart Tunes on the Smart Tunes Home page.

Assign Smart Tunes to a particular caller from the IVR - Dial 230
• To assign Smart Tunes to any one you have to first purchase the Smart Tune. When you have purchased a Smart Tune you will be informed "to assign this Smart Tune to any one press 2". Press 2 after this prompt to assign the Smart Tunes for any one.
• You will be prompted to enter the number you wish to assign the Smart Tunes followed by a # key in the following format, "034XXXXXXXX# e.g. 03451234567#".
• You can also assign the Smart Tunes later by dialing 230 and pressing 4

Change assigned Smart Tunes:
You can change a Smart Tune you have assigned to a friend at any time with a new Smart Tunes.

Change assigned Smart Tunes from the Web
To change assigned Smart Tunes for any of your friends and family you first need to be subscribed to this service. To change assigned Smart Tunes for a friend or family from the web go to My Smart Tunes on the Smart Tunes Home page.

Change assigned Smart Tunes from the IVR - Dial 230
To change the Smart Tunes for any of your friends or family you should have more than one Smart Tune in your album. When you have purchased a Smart Tune you will be informed "to assign this Smart Tune to any one press 2". Press 2 after this prompt to assign the Smart Tunes for any one.
You will be prompted to enter the number you wish to assign the Smart Tunes followed by a # key in the following format, "034XXXXXXXX# e.g. 03451234567#".
You can also assign the Smart Tunes later by dialing 230 and pressing 4.

Change default Smart Tunes to all callers:
You can change the standard Smart Tune with a new Smart Tune any time you want.

Change default Smart Tunes to all callers from the Web
• To change default Smart Tune for all callers you first need to be subscribed to this service.
• To change Smart Tunes as default from the web go to My Smart Tunes on the Smart Tunes Home page.

Change standard Smart Tunes to all callers from the IVR - Dial 230
To change the default Smart Tune you must have more than one Smart Tune in your album. Dial 230 and download a smart tune and press 1 to set it as a default tune for everyone.
You can also set your Smart Tune as standard tune later by dialing 230 and pressing 4

Change standard Smart Tunes to all callers via SMS
You can download and set a Smart Tune as default by sending 'stsmart tune code' to 230. E.g.: 'st 1324'
You can also set any other tune in your album as default by sending setsmart tune code to 230. E.g. 'set 1324'

Gift Smart Tunes
You can send a Smart Tune as a Gift to your friends and family.

Gift Smart Tune through the Web Site
Select the Smart Tune your want to send as a gift and select the present option

Gift Smart Tune through the IVR
Dial 230 and press 5. When you have purchased a Smart Tune you will be informed "to present this Smart Tune to your friend press 4". Press 4 after this prompt to gift the Smart Tunes to any one.
You will be prompted to enter the number you wish to gift the Smart Tunes followed by a # key in the following format, "034XXXXXXXX# e.g. 03451234567#".

Gift Smart Tune through SMS
Send a SMS in the following format: giftSmart Tune CodePhone number of your friend. Eg: gift 1324 0345XXXXXXX

Request a Smart Tune
You can request your friends and family to buy a Smart Tune for you.

Request via the Web
Login to the Telenor Smart Tunes website. Select the Smart Tune that you want to request by clicking on it. Choose the option 'Present Request' and enter the phone number of your friend.

Request via the IVR - Dial 230
Dial 230 and go press 6. You will be informed "to request your friend to buy smart tune for you press 5". Press 5 to request your friend to buy smart tune for you.
You will be prompted to enter the number of your friend you wish to request followed by # key in the following format, "034XXXXXXXX# e.g. 03451234567#".

Request via SMS
Send a SMS in the following format: reqSmart Tune CodePhone number of your friend. Eg: req 1324 0345XXXXXXX
Your friend will receive an SMS informing him of your request.

'Record Your Own' Smart Tunes
You can now have Smart Tunes that you sing in your own voice!!

'Record Your Own' Smart Tune via the Web
Login to the Telenor Smart tunes Website, Go the the 'Record Your Own' Smart tunes section and upload your own Smart tune file.

Note: Please upload files in Wave format.

'Record Your Own' Smart Tune via the IVR - Dial 230
Dial 230 and press 3 to record your own Smart Tune. You will be informed to record your own smart tune after beep and press any key to end the recording. You will be informed 'press 1 to submit press 2 to record again'.

Note: All 'Record your own' Smart tunes will be screened by Telenor. You will be informed via SMS once your Smart Tune is approved. To ensure approval, please do not use abusive language when recording your own Smart Tune. Please also refrain from making any political or religious statements or any other statements that offend the sensibility of any religious/ethnic or any other groups. Set Smart Tunes On/Off

Set Smart tunes On/Off via Web
Login to the Telenor Smart Tunes Web Site, go to 'My Account' and click on Set Smart tunes On/Off

Set Smart Tunes On/Off via the IVR - Dial 230
Dial 230 and press 4 to go to Manage my Smart tunes section. Press 4 to Set Smart tunes On/Off

Set Smart Tune On/Off via SMS
SMS 'on' to 230 to turn on your smart tunes, SMS 'off' to 230 to turn off your Smart Tunes

Smart Tunes Expiry
The Smart Tunes that are purchased are valid for duration of 30 days from the date and time of Purchase.

Note: On expiry you will receive a message from Telenor informing you that your Smart Tune will be renewed. To cancel renewal SMS del<Space>Smart Tune code to 230
Smart Tune charges of Rs 5 + tax will be deducted from your account for that Smart Tune Renewal.
