What is a Bubble Message?
Bubble Messaging service enables mobile phone subscribers to communicate with each other by exchanging short voice messages.

Who can I send Bubble messages to?
You can send Bubble Messages to all Telenor customers. Moreover, you can also send Bubble Messages to mobile phone users utilizing the services of other mobile phone service providers.

Can I also send Bubble Messages to landline numbers?
No. You can only send Bubble Messages to mobile numbers.

Can I send or receive bubble messages while I am roaming in another country (international roaming)?
No, you can only send and receive Bubble Messages while you are in Telenor Pakistan's coverage area.

Do I require any activation for Bubble Messaging?
There is no provisioning required for Bubble Messaging. This service is available to all Telenor customers by default.

How do I send and receive Bubble Message?
Deposit - You can send a Bubble Message to Telenor as well as Off-net (mobilink, Warid, Ufone etc) mobile phone users:
Dial star (*) before any mobile phone number and send a bubble message following theinstructions.

On-net Retrieval - You can retrieve messages by dialing the following codes for old and new Bubble Messages:

Dial *0* to retrieve new messages.
Dial *1* to retrieve old messages.

Off-net Retrieval - You can retrieve messages by dialing the following code for old and new Bubble Messages:

Dial 0345 5555505 to retrieve messages on off-net mobile phone numbers.

How much will it cost to send and receive Bubble Messages?
Sending a Bubble message would be be charged at Rs. 1.50* to any mobile phone number in
Pakistan , where as Telenor number would be charged Rs. Free to retrieve new messages and Rs. 0.20* for old messages.

*(excluding tax which is 19.5%)

Are there any handset support / compatibility issues in sending or receiving Bubble Messages?
No! There are no handsets support issues.

What is the mailbox size for these Bubble Messages?
Every Telenor subscriber is allocated a mailbox size of 10 Bubble Messages including both old (heard) and new (unheard) Bubble messages. Bubble messages do not use any memory on the phone.

What happens when my mailbox is full i.e. when an 11th message is received?
In such cases, the oldest message gets deleted. It operates on FIFO (First In First Out) principle.

While listening to my Bubble Messages, what if I want to skip and listen to another message?
While listening to your Bubble Messages, you can press any key to skip the message you are listening to and go to the next message..

How will I know that I have received a new Bubble Message?
You will receive an SMS whenever a new Bubble Message is received.

How long is the Bubble Message?
The maximum length of a Bubble Message is 30 seconds.

Can I receive a Bubble Message from any mobile phone number other than Telenor's?
Yes! You can receive a Bubble message from any network provided the other mobile phone service provider is offering this service to Telenor network.

What is the validity period for my Bubble Messages?
All Bubble Messages (including both new and old) remain stored in your mailbox for 48 hours.
