Is Auto Advance available to all Telenor customers?
Auto Advance is available only to Telenor pre-paid customers, namely Talkshawk and Djuice customers

Do I need to activate this service on my Telenor connection?
No. This service has already been provisioned on your pre-paid connection free of any activation charges.

What is the maximum amount that I can go to below my balance?
You will be allowed to go to a maximum of Rs.3 below your balance.

Are any service charges deducted for availing Auto Advance?
There are no service charges for using Auto Advance. The amount of the advance availed will be deducted from your next recharge without any extra charges.

Can all Telenor services be used with Auto Advance?
Only voice services (to any network) can be used with Auto Advance. All other services such as SMS, MMS, GPRS and other value-added services will only be allowed till there is enough balance in your account to support them.

Will my call get disconnected when I reach the end of my balance and want to avail Auto Advance?
No. Your call will continue and will only get disconnected once you reach the maximum allowable limit on Auto Advance.

Will my existing tariff plan apply to the charging on Auto Advance?
Yes. The tariff plan you are currently using will apply to Auto Advance.

Is there a minimum balance requirement for availing Auto Advance?
In order to avail Auto Advance you must have at least the following balance depending upon your price plan:

Rs.0.03 for Talkshawk Har Second
Rs.0.29 for Talkshawk 30 sec
Rs.0.29 for Talkshawk Har Minute
Rs.0.29 for Djuice

If I avail part of the AutoAdvance (for example Rs.1) and want to make another call, will I be allowed to do so?
No. Once you have availed even a portion of AutoAdvance, you will not be allowed to use it again until you recharge and take your balance into positive. During the recharge, only the used amount of AutoAdvance (in this case Rs.1) will be deducted.

How will my balance appear on *444# once I have gone beyond my balance using Auto Advance?
Your balance will appear in the following format: PKR - x.xx. For example if you avail Rs.2.72 below your balance, it would appear as PKR - 2.72 (the - shows that it is negative)

Will I be able to use my free minutes while I have negative balance?
No, you will not be able to use your free minutes while in negative balance. However, once you recharge into positive balance, you will again be granted access to your free minutes.
