Located in the djuice Starter Pack is the djuice Xtra card, which gives you official membership to the djuice community! It means that you’ll get discounts at a bunch of cool places. Also, when we have events, concerts or competitions, you will have the opportunity to join in and enjoy…for Free! Personalize your card by jotting your mobile phone number on it and signing it at the back. And yes, do keep it safe, it will come in handy!

Q3 What is a d-Voucher?
Simply put, a D-voucher is a discount voucher that you can get on your mobile phone in the form of an SMS. These vouchers can get you discounts and special privileges at different djuice partner outlets in your city.

Q4 How can I get a d-Voucher on my mobile phone?
Send a pre-defined keyword for the partner outlet you would like to redeem your discount from, to 999 from your mobile phone. You will receive a d-voucher in the form of an SMS with details of the discounts and benefits offered. Show this d-voucher to the staff at the outlet and get your discount.

Q5 What is a pre-defined keyword for each partner outlet and where can I get a list of these keywords for different djuice partner outlets that offer me discounts?
A predefined keyword is a two to three letter code that is specific to each djuice partner outlet.
You can get a list of these keywords from the djuice website or from your copy of the djuice Xtra pocket sized brochure which gives you a list of partner outlets and their keywords. Alternatively, you can SMS ‘Help’ to 999 and follow the prompts to get the keywords for your favorite outlets

Q6 How do I avail the discount offers offered by partners?
Show the d-voucher that you get on your mobile phone as an SMS to the partner outlet staff and get your discount. It actually is as simple as that!

Q7 How can I get details of the discounts and offers given at each partner outlet?
Pickup a copy of the djuice Xtra brochure and it has all the details of the discounts offered by each of the partners.
