There are three different SMS bundles which you can choose from according to your needs, all bundles are valid for 7 days and each bundle has following breakdown of messages

 2500 SMS in Rs 39.99

Can these SMS be used for both Onnet & Offnet?
Yes. you can choose to use the SMS on any network in the country.

Will the existing SMS bundles be available for subscription?
New SMS bundles offer more value in lesser price, hence all previous SMS bundles will not be available for subscriptions

I subscribed to Rs 15 SMS bundle two days before the launch of new SMS offer, if I subscribe to new SMS bundle can I still have the 15 day validity intact?
If you subscribe to new bundle, your previous validity will be overwritten and new validity will be 7 days from the day you resubscribe, however if you don’t subscribe to new SMS bundle then you can still have your previous validity intact

What will happen to bundled SMS if I migrates to another price plan?
Bundle SMS will be confiscated if you migrate to any other price plan.

When will bundle SMS be awarded to customers?
SMS will be available immediately after the activation.

What is the validity of the bonus SMS?
Validity is 7 days, all unused bonus SMS will be confiscated on the 8th day.

However, if you re-subscribe before the expiry date, the unused SMS will be added to the newly bought SMS and validity will be set for further 7 days

How can I check the status of remaining Bundle SMS?
To check Your SMS Balance and expiry date dial *111# from your djuice connection or simply call 555 and press 2
