How do I activate djuice Jaagtay Raho?
SMS ‘Migrate’ to 345 and reply with 1 to the subsequent menu that is received.

To which numbers are free calls applicable?
Free calls are applicable to Friends & Family (F&F) numbers only.

How many F&F numbers can I have?
You can have 5 F&F numbers.

What are the F&F administration charges?
First 5 attempts are free & each subsequent change is charged at Rs5+tax.

How many times a day can I change my F&F numbers?
There is no limitation on the number of times F&F numbers can be changed, however, at any given time you can’t have more than 5 F&F numbers.

When can free calls be made?
Free calls can be made to F&F numbers from 1am to 6am.

What happens if F&F call starts at 12:45 am?
You will be charged at Rs4+tax at the start of the call and there will be no further charge for the remainder of the call.

What happens if F&F call starts after 1am?
You will not be charged for the call no matter how long it is. However, a Rs 0.05+tax call setup fee will apply.

What happens if F&F call starts at 5:55 am?
You will not be charged for any F&F call till 6am (only the Rs. 0.05+tax setup fee will apply) and if the call is still active after 6am you will be charged at Rs4+tax/hour.

What is the daily fee?
A daily fee of Rs 3.99+tax will be deducted everyday from you if you are on the djuice Jaagtay Raho package.

What happens if I don’t have enough balance for the daily fee to be deducted?
If daily fee cannot be deducted from you due to lack of balance, you will not be able to make any outgoing calls. You will be able to receive calls. Subsequently, you need at least Rs. 5 (after daily fee deduction) in your balance to make outgoing calls.

If my balance is lower than daily fee but greater than zero, do I lose the balance I have?
No if your balance is lower than daily fee then any balance that you have will remain untouched.

What will be the tariff for other calls and other time bands?
All tariff elements will be the same as the existing djuice package.

Does this service require subscription?
No this is a default tariff plan for all subscribers on djuice Jaagtay Raho price plan and as such no subscription is required nor is there any validity associated with it.

Can I migrate out of djuice Jaagtay Raho?
Yes, you can migrate out of djuice Jaagtay after 24 hours.

If a subscriber migrates out of djuice Jaagtay Raho will daily deduction still be charged?
No, if a subscriber migrates out of djuice Jaagtay Raho to a package plan which does not have daily deduction, s/he will not be charged daily fee.
