The What...
Join the djuice family and retain your old mobile operator prefix and number! Now you don’t have to send out those tiresome messages informing everyone you know on planet earth that you have changed your number! The process is as uncomplicated as can be and the freedom to move is unlimited!

The How...
Follow the following 4 steps and you are a djuice subscriber without having to change your number. Simple!

1.	Check the following
	a) For verification with your existing mobile operator, bring any receipts, SIM Card, SIM Jacket etc. that validate your ownership of your existing number that you wish to port to Telenor.
	b) Please bring identification information (original CNIC, NIC, Passport) of the owner of the number to be ported.
2.	Visit any Telenor Sales & Services Center, along with the necessary information, to make a porting request by filling out a porting request form by Telenor Pakistan. You would be requested to show the SIM for verification purposes.
3.	A porting fee has to be paid when making a porting request, as per policy.
4.	A Number Portability Request (NPR) is launched by Telenor Pakistan and you are given a Telenor Pakistan SIM Card, along with a tentative time to when you can start to use Telenor’s network on this SIM. You will receive a Mobile Number Portability User Guide along with the Telenor Pakistan SIM Card, which will inform you about the services you can enjoy while using Telenor on your existing number. It will also bear answers to some Frequently Asked Questions that you may have regarding the service.

The Fine Print...
To successfully port, it is necessary that you have used your existing cellular operator for at least 60 days.

There must be no change in ownership of the number to be ported, in the last 60 days of the porting request.

You can successfully port once in every 60 days. Make sure you have not ported within the last 60 days of making a porting request with Telenor.

Ensure that the number to be ported is active (not expired) and a valid subscription with the existing cellular operator.

You should have the SIM Number (or IMSI Number) of your existing operator’s SIM Card (mentioned on the SIM Card).

No outstanding agreements or liability should exist between you and your existing cellular operator.

There should be no legal impediments or pending matter in the Court of Law, related to the existing number, anywhere across Pakistan.
