FnF stands for Friends and Family. These are numbers on which calls can be made at special rates. Only Telenor numbers can be added as FnF numbers on djuice price plan.
How many FnF numbers are available on the Djuice price plan?
There are 8 FnF numbers available on the Djuice price plan.
What is the new 1 Paisa offer?
With this new offer, Djuice customers can make calls at only 1paisa/sec (inclusive of tax) throughout the day (24 hours) to the number added on the 8th slot in their FnF list.
What are the time bands for this offer?
Djuice customers can make calls on the 8th FnF number at 1 paisa / second through out the day (24 Hours).
What are the extra / daily charges for availing this offer?
There are no extra or daily charges for availing this new offer.
Is this offer available on Djuice Jaagtay Raho?
No, this offer is not available on Djuice Jaagtay Raho.
On which FnF slot is this offer applicable?
This offer is only applicable on the 8th FnF slot.
How can an FnF number be added to the 8th slot?
There are two ways to add the 8th FnF number to the FnF list. These are given belo
Via SMS: To add a number to the 8th (new) FnF slot, in an SMS send the following command to 345

Can one FnF number be added on two slots?
No, one FnF number cannot be added on two slots. If the user wants to enter an existing FnF number to the 8th slot, the number has to be deleted from the existing slot and then added in the 8th slot.
Is ‘djuice 10 Minute Mein Free’ offer available on the 8th FnF slot?
No, Djuice ‘10 minute mein Free’ offer is not valid for the 8th slot. Number on the 6th slot can be called 24 hours a day at 1 paisa / second.
What will be the call rates for the FnF numbers added on slots 1 – 8?
Djuice FnF tariff will be as follows:
For Slots 1 – 5:

From 8 am – 12 am: 50 Paisas + tax / 30 seconds |

From 12 am – 8 am: Rs. 4 + Tax / Hr |
For Slot 8: 1 PAISA/Second (inclusive of all taxes) through out the day (24 Hours)
Will Rs. 4 / hour offer be available?
Rs. 4/hour will still be available to djuice customers on the numbers added to slot 1 – 5 on their FnF list.
What are the charges for adding an FnF number?
Charges for FnF modification are as per follows:
By dialing 555:

First 5 attempts to Add / Delete / Edit FnF numbers are free. After that every modification to FnF list will be charged at Rs. 5 + Tax |
By sending messages to 345:

Every message sent to 345 to manage the FnF list will be charged at Rs. 2 + Tax |
What do I have to do if I want to add the number that is currently occupying the First slot in my FnF list to the sixth slot?
If you want to add the number currently occupying the 1st slot to the 8th slot, the number would have to be deleted from the 1st slot and then added to the 8th slot.
Can I add an off net number to the 8th slot?
No, as per djuice FnF rules, only Telenor numbers can be added to the 6th slot.
How can I Edit and delete my FnF numbers by SMS?
The following messages need to be sent to 345 to Delete and Edit FnF numbers:
